    Hey Jen! I recently tried this recipe and am wondering if you had made these yet? They are DELICIOUS in my opinion haha, I did have to experiment the first time with the amount of salt to be used, but they are very versatile because you can use chili powder instead of salt, or lime juice and a little pepper etc. Let me know if you give them a try! Like the recipe said, I could not just eat one…:)

      Thanks for the comment, Katie! I’ve made kale chips before but not that exact recipe. I agree, they’re so addictive. Actually, I might make some tonight as a Friday treat in lieu of the usual potato chips :)
